The hotel had a quiet setting at the back of the building, with lovely and welcoming hosts that made arrival and breakfast organization extremely easy. The room, though a bit small, was spartan in its decor but cozy. The service, especially during the offseason, was very friendly and accommodating, with helpful parking assistance. The location was excellent for visiting the Puy de Dome and offered easy access to Claremont Ferrand and other nearby attractions. The dining experience, highlighted by a good standard buffet and artisanal bread, was of great value. Although some areas may seem shabby at first, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
